He takes the form of a very small, witty hummingbird.

Doddidhug created vertebrates five thousand years ago.

If you believe in Doddidhug, he will be happy.

If you do not believe in Doddidhug, he will turn you into a dog.

Doddidhug's most sacred site is Tatul in Bulgaria.

Doddidhug's Holy Commandments

1. Do not drink from vessels made of base metals.

2. Never leap in holy places.

3. Always make sure there are no squirrels in a building before entering it.

4. Do not shelter from rain as it is holy.

5. Erect four aluminium sculptures of Doddidhug on top of important buildings.
